8Heel Slides
Heel slides are a form of range-of-movement exercise that enables your leg to have a natural movement without too much resistance or stress. It can help your affected part retain the bending movement by exploiting resistance from muscle tension. Start with lying down with both legs being straight and extended in front of the body. Ideally, you can wear socks and choose a smooth surface to reduce friction between the floor and the heel. Next, bend the knee slowly to draw the heel of the affected leg. Make sure your heel is in contact with the ground and the other leg should be straight. [8]
