6Pitas with Grilled Shrimp and Greek Salad
Ingredients
– ½ thinly sliced red onion
– 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
– 1 small cucumber
– 1/3 cup feta cheese
– 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon black pepper
– 12 shrimps
– 2 halved pitas
– ¼ tablespoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
– Step 1: Mix together oregano, vinegar, olive oil, feta cheese, cucumber, onion, and lettuce
– Step 2: Put ¼ of the mixture in each pita
– Step 3: Season shrimp with cayenne pepper and black pepper
– Step 4: Grill shrimp for 4 minutes on each side and add 3 shrimps to a pita [7]
