6Long Groin Stretch
A long groin stretch can be a simple exercise to cool down. It mainly targets muscles in the hamstring and groin. Start with a sitting position and use both legs to form a wide V shape. Slowly lean the trunk forward and reach straight out toward to toes to make a gentle stretch. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then take a break of 30 seconds. Perform 3 to 4 sets for each session. [6]
