5Squatting Groin Stretch
The squatting groin stretch is a slightly more advanced exercise as it involves both sides of the body at the same time. The first step is to stand with both feet wide apart and keep both toes pointing outwards. Slowly squat down until both knees are bent to 90 degrees and located directly over the ankles. Put both hands on the top of the inner thighs and gently push outward to keep the hips open. Ideally, you should feel a stretch around the groin muscles in your legs. Stay in this position for 30 seconds before returning to the initial position. Do the exercise three times. [5]
