4Seated Groin Stretch
Also known as a butterfly stretch, this exercise targets the inner thigh and groin. You need to get into the seated position for this stretch. Next, bend both knees, put the feet’s soles together, hold the feet with both hands, and keep the elbows relaxed on the knees. Let the knees fall to the floor and try to keep the back straight. Ideally, you should feel tension and pulling in the groin. If not, use your elbows to press on your knees to create gentle pressure on your inner thigh. Stay in this position for 30 seconds before returning to the initial positions. Do 3 times. When you are get used to the exercise, try to lean forward at your waist to achieve deeper stretches of your back and hips. [4]
