10The Epley Maneuver
This is a treatment effective for treating Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) which is a cause of vertigo. Although BPPV can sometimes clear on its own but in some cases like this, it usually returns. So, until the symptoms disappear and the condition is treated, you cannot boast of totally eradicating BBPV. The Epley maneuver involves the performance of four separate head movements which will move the fragments that cause vertigo to a place where they no longer cause danger. This treatment takes time before seeing the effect, and it is not a long time cure. [9]
