8Resting
One of the simplest home remedies to help improve symptoms of Achilles tendinitis is to rest. This does not mean you need to stop using your foot all the time. Instead, avoid any activities that would put high impact and stress on this part, such as climbing stairs, running, or cycling. Instead, switch to low-impact activities like swimming, elliptical exercises, or biking. Depending on the cause and severity of your condition, the duration of rest should last anywhere from a few days up to a few months. Ideally, you should listen to the body and slowly do high-impact activities.[8]
