Headache can be as a result of skipping meals. The meals we take, especially breakfast, are crucial to the body and they are needed at the right time to keep the body functioning. So, if you always have a recurrent headache, check your eating routine; have you been skipping your meals? A headache could also be as a result of hunger that you have taken too much delay to satisfy. When a signal of hunger is sent to the brain, and you delay this quest for too long, you develop a headache. Therefore, when next you have a headache, find something to eat; it could be you are hungry but too busy to notice.[8]
