Exercise, over the years, has been researched to help improve mood, physical well-being, and mental alertness effectively. It also reduces stress and helps the body to relax. The brain releases a chemical called endorphin. Endorphin acts as the body’s natural painkillers and decreases the body’s perception of pain. Different exercises are helpful to the human body but before trying out anyone, consult your doctor. With your doctor’s go-ahead, choose the activity you will enjoy doing and be consistent with it. However, please make sure to start slowly to avoid injury and overworking your muscles.[9]
