7Bad Posture
This symptom usually occurs in later stages of ALS. When muscle deterioration becomes more serious, it will affect the posture. It is possible to have a bad posture that is not as a result of ALS; the way you sit or carry certain parts of your body can also affect your posture. However, ALS causes the muscles to weaken gradually, and with time it is possible to lose control over these muscles. When you lose even a little control of muscles in your body, you have no control over the posture that will develop.
