11Hold Breath Repeatedly
Breathe deeply and try to fill your lungs with as much air as possible while closing the mouth to keep it inside. Keep in mind not to breathe through the noses. Use your hands to feel the stomach and make sure it expands like a balloon. Hold breath and count to ten or longer, at your option. The idea is to hold longer than usual, but not too long to become unsafe. If you begin to have dizziness or changes in the color of your face, just breathe out. Wait around 30 minutes until your breathing pattern gets back to the normal level and repeat these steps.
