A psychologist may studies patters of emotions and thoughts as well as human behaviour. Possible specialities may include developmental psychology, neuroscience, clinical psychology, social psychology, cognitive science, and more. Depending on the jobs, training can vary. For instance, organizational psychologists may focus on human behaviors in working places instead of individual mental health. To get the title of psychologist, you may need a PsyD or PhD. These degrees also allow them to perform necessary assessments and make a diagnosis of mental problems.

– People with a PhD may do clinical research, teach, or do research.

– People with a PsyD would specialize in therapeutic assessment or treatment.

But overall, they all need additional training before being licensed to work in a private facility. [5]
