The first step to enroll in the QMB program is to be a beneficiary of Medicare Part A. After that, you should review your possessions and income levels to determine whether you meet the specified limits. If you are totally eligible, contact the Medicaid office in your state. To find its location, you may directly call Medicare or check online at Medicare.gov. While specific documentations can vary, depending on the state, an application typically includes your financial information, evidence of Medicare coverage, and submissions of identification.
