It is not safe to take aromasin during pregnancy or within 30 days before becoming pregnant. This is mainly because the drug would have certain negative effects on the fetus. Currently, aromasin can only be used in menopausal women, though other women may also take it for off-label uses. To reduce the risk, your doctor may do a pregnancy test within 1 week of starting the treatment plan.
