7Running
Many people always think that running is not a good exercise as they cannot control their bladder. However, this is not actually true. The activity would fix your posture and improve muscle groups on the pelvic floor. During running, make sure to lean forward slightly to take off some pressure on your backside and heels. This will alleviate stress on the front side of the pelvis and reduce incontinence. Of course, you should not run too long distance as it would do more harm than good. Make sure to consult your doctor to get the best advice and personalize your personal training. [7]
