9Green Tea
A Japanese study in more than 30,000 adults has revealed that those people who drink more than 5 cups of green tea on a daily basis are 25 percent less likely to suffer from a stroke or heart attack, compared with those who don’t. The explanation is that this type of drink is high in catechins, which is a form of flavonoids that can slow down the generation of cholesterols and prevent the absorption process. You can drink tee straight or add more flavor with ginger or lemon. [9]
