4Posterior Pelvic Tilt
Strengthening the core and hip areas can improve your muscle functions and provide more support for the spine. The most common option can be the posterior pelvic tilt. It is a good exercise that flexes the spine and trains your hip and abdominal muscles. All you need to do is lying on the back with bent knees and roll the pelvis backward slowly as though you were flattening out the spine. Stay in this position for at least 3 seconds and return to the initial position. Do it 10 times. [4]
