Flying warrior is a fun advanced yoga pose for two people. It can work some major muscles such as gastrocnemius, quads, hamstrings, lats, and abdominals. To start, the first person should lie on the floor and lift the legs off with bent knees to provide support. After grabbing hands, he or she will extend the legs and lift the second person off the floor. Make sure to keep a straight body while being airborne. Release hands when you are in a stable position.
