9Straight Leg Raise
The straight leg raise is an effective stretch to improve the strength of the thigh muscles. During this drill, you need to keep the leg straight by involving both the leg and thigh muscles. First, you need to lie on the back and extend both legs. Keep the knee of the unaffected leg bent and press the foot into the ground.
