5Long Jump
A simple exercise to add challenge and increase the intensity of your workout session is to perform long jumps. All you need to do is to jump forward as far as possible with both feet landing. It forces you to work hard on the heart and core areas. The move could be hard on your knees, so it is advisable to land with weight in the heels. Also, bend your knees to relieve pressure. If you are a beginner, try short jumps first and avoid it when you feel discomfort or pain. A modified version is the staggered landing. This means one foot will land a bit before the other foot. Do long jumps in 30 to 60 seconds. [5]
