7Have fun with other people
It is a pretty simple and straightforward reason to participate in an exercise group because training with other people is usually more fun and interesting than doing it alone. For example, if you work out on your own, all that you do is to repeat boring exercises for 30 minutes. But with somebody around, you can have a chance to chat, joke, laugh, and have fun together. This will help you forget the feeling of tiredness and exhaustion after intense exercises. More importantly, a group exercise will also extend the length of working out because many studies have proved that a positive attitude will give your body more power to keep doing exercises.
