To prevent a Raynaud’s attack, you need to bundle up when going outside when it is cold. This is because low temperatures can trigger the symptoms. Make sure to put on warm clothes, gloves, boots, socks, scarf, and hat so that cold air cannot reach the hands. If your earlobes and nose are sensitive to cold, it is advisable to wear a face mask and earmuffs. Also, turn on the car heater several minutes before starting to drive. Even when you are indoors, take precautions by wearing socks. [7]
