3Pediatric Dosages for Imatinib Mesylate
The dosages of imatinib mesylate for children are different from those for adults. The general guideline is as follow:
– Philadelphia-positive acute myeloid leukemia: 340 milligrams per square meter per day, combine with chemotherapy.
– Philadelphia-positive chronic myeloid leukemia in the second and third stages: 340 milligrams per square meter per day.
