7Sling
Immediately after a shoulder dislocation, a sling is used to relieve inflammation and swelling. This tool can help keep the affected part in internal rotation. It means that the forearm is kept against the body and the shoulder is turned inwards. There is no recommended time for wearing a sling. Ideally, you can stop using it only when the shoulder can move easily without noticeable pain or discomfort. [7]
