12Do Exercises
Some exercises would help with easing common symptoms caused by a bone spur. You can do them several times per day or all at once. Some common options include foot flex, calf stretch, or toe grab. Try to work out at least 30 minutes per day to get the best results. It is better to stick to moderate activities such as stretching or swimming. Avoid overworking your muscles and joints with intense exercises such as jogging or climbing because they might lead to more pain. If you find it difficult to ensure a 30-minute session per day, then consult your doctor for a proper plan for your condition. Also, consider alternating these exercises so that your joints and muscles might have enough time to rest. [12]
