7Change Your Sleep Postures
Some sleeping positions would worsen some signs of the condition, which results in reduced quality and amount of sleep. In particular, sleeping with tightly clenched fists or hands tucked into the body is the worst posture for causing these symptoms, though extending the arms above the head isn’t a good position either. Ideally, you should sleep on your sides or supine (back) and keep your arms close to the body, the hand open and wrist in neutral positions. By doing this, you can promote normal nerve flow and blood circulation. [7]
