9Drink More Water
If you often struggle with urgent, painful, or burning symptoms of bladder control problems, which may include repeated urination along with smelly, cloudy, or bloody urine, drinking more water can provide relief. It is recommended to drink an extra amount of water — one liter and a half.
According to a study at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Florida, which involved 140 European women with UTIs and claimed to drink six or less 8oz glasses of water per day. The study showed that ladies who added an extra amount of 1.5 liters of bottled water observed a reduction from 3.3 UTIs to 1.7 UTIs.
