6Poor Posture
The posture you maintain when sitting, standing, working or even sleeping can determine whether you have a high risk of developing migraine headaches or not. Poor body posture leads to different pains in our body. For instance, sitting and hunching over can cause a headache. With this kind of posture, the jaw tightens and clenches. This clenching causes the muscles on the face of tightening too, and a headache develops. Most times, poor postures are maintained unconsciously by people, without them even knowing. One best way to manage this is setting a timer for every 15 or 30 minutes and when it goes off, you can take a break, stand and walk around for some minutes to generate blood flow.
