6Stiffness
Stiffness, a state of being inflexible and hard to bend is also one of the symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. This symptom occurs in and around your joints making it difficult to bend or move them. The joints tend to be stiff either first thing in the morning or sometimes, after a moment of rest and can last for more than an hour.
Typically, you can relieve stiffness by stretching and bending to the front and side but with the pains that accompany stiffness, doing this might be tasking and seem impossible. Nevertheless, you will have to manage this symptom until you have adequately combated the underlying cause. [7]
