A few jaws and tongue muscle exercises would help you relax your face and jaw, which would maintain the proper alignment and alleviate symptoms of bruxism. You would consult a physical therapist or try them at home. The simplest technique is to open the mouth wide and touch the tongue to the front teeth. This exercise is helpful in relaxing your jaw.
