8High-Intensity Exercises
Some forms of high-intensity exercises would put you at risk of plantar fasciitis. That’s why this is a very common health issue in professional athletes. In general, these activities would put plenty of stress and pressure on your attached tissue and heel, thus causing gradual wear and tear to muscles and ligaments. To reduce the risk, you should be careful when practicing the following exercises: aerobic dancing, ballet dancing, ballistic jumping, and long-distance running. If you do them too often, it would lead to an early onset of plantar fasciitis. [8]
