While most fruits are healthy for the body, many of them contain plenty of fiber. Thus, consuming too much would worsen your symptoms and lead to flare-ups. Make sure to avoid those fruits that are dried, raw, and have seeds, like berries. You would eat fruits that have been peeled or have very soft, cooked flesh, like applesauce. Canned fruits can also a good option, but go for those products packed in their own juice or water to avoid added sugar. Most fruit juices are great to drink as long as their pulps are removed.
