5How to Take Tecentriq
Tecentriq should be injected intravenously by a healthcare provider in the doctor’s office or hospital. During this procedure, a needle is put into the vein for the infusion. Each session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. The first injection should be taken in a period of more than 60 minutes. If no side effects occur, the following sessions may last shorter, for about 30 minutes. Depending on the condition, your healthcare provider will decide the total number of dosages. In most cases, Tecentriq should be given in the long term until symptoms improve. You can get different dosages of Tecentriq every two, three, or four weeks. The exact schedule depends on the form of cancer being treated and your treatment plan. [7]
