3Heel Dig Bridging
The heel dig bridging exercise can work then hamstrings and other muscles around your hips and lower body. Start with lying on the back. Bend both ankles and knees to make sure only the heels dig into the ground. Your knees should be at a 90-degree angle. Pull in the belly button to the spine to tighten muscles in this area. Next, push the heels into the ground and squeeze the buttocks. At the same time, raise your hips off the ground until the knees, hips, and shoulders are aligned. Stay in this position 5 seconds while breathing as usual. Slowly return to the initial position and rest 10 seconds before doing 8 to 10 more reps. [3]
