5Knuckle Bends
Knuckle bends are effective in alleviating stiffness and pain in the knuckles as well as improving the strength of the forearm muscles, which control your fingers. Start with the high-five position, all fingers and the thumb should be extended. Bend four fingers at the top 2 knuckles to make a claw. Make sure to fingertips curl around and touch your palm. Due to deformity or stiffness, it would be not possible to completely touch the palm. In that case, try to go as far as you can. The thumb should be extended during the exercise. Repeat the exercise a few times before switching to the other hand. You can do this exercise a couple of sets per day. [5]
