9Side Effects
There isn’t much to expound on the subject of its side effects. Glutathione supplements are yet to be studied adequately, and as such, the possible side effects are still to be discovered in full. However, there’s a growing concern that taking glutathione supplements may result in bloating and cramps in some people. In some others, a rash may appear somewhere on their skin after taking the drug. Based on the evidence so far, glutathione supplements appear safe for injection into the blood, taking orally, and inhalation, at least for most adults. But if you’re pregnant or have asthma, you had best not take glutathione to avoid complications and keep in the safe. [4]
