7Overtraining
Overtraining is a complex phenomenon involving interplay between the skeletal, endocrine, muscular, and nervous systems. It is basically a group of effects related to training volumes that persistently exceed the ability of the body to cover. Depending on how much you work out, the effects can range from mild to severe. Scientists have not yet established sufficient criteria to diagnose this condition in resistance athletes. However, doing the same exercise every day would increase the risk of overtraining. [7]
