Copaxone: Uses, Dosage, Side Effects

7Useful Tips to Take Copaxone

Keep in mind the following tips when taking Copaxone:

– Take the medication out of the fridge around 15 minutes before an injection. This allows the medication to have enough time to warm up, making the process more comfortable.

– Avoid injecting the medication into skin areas that are scarred, lumpy, swollen, or red. Do not inject in areas with tattoos, stretch marks, or birthmarks either.

– You should only inject Copaxone under the skin. Avoid injecting the medication into the muscles or veins.

– Avoid massaging or rubbing the injection site for at least 1 day after the process. [7]
