Arm Workouts At Home: Try These 10 Exercises

4Lying Triceps Extension

This is an isolation exercise that focuses on muscles on the back of your arms. To start, lie down on the ground and hold dumbbells in both hands. Keep both arms rested on the sides and knees bent. Push the dumbbells up over the shoulders. Bend the elbows and gradually lower the dumbbells to the ears. Extend both arms to the initial position and then squeeze the triceps. Try to perform 2 to 3 sets of 10 reps. If you are a beginner, try with light weight and increase gradually. Make sure you do not feel any pain in the elbows.  [6]
