6Cold Packs
In case the pain is very severe, cold packs can help. The cold helps to lessen swelling and reduce the pain around the joints. You are advised to ice the troubled joints for about twenty to thirty minutes for a couple of days. Cold packs are also used to reduce back pains, neck pains, and injury pain. If you do not have cold packs, you can place the affected parts in the water. This will help to reduce swelling and pain. Soak your legs in water for 15 to twenty minutes for a few days.
