13Oranges
When you feel the need to boost your fiber intake, one of those cheap and always-available foods that you can grab anywhere without stress is an orange. Oranges provide soluble and insoluble fiber to the body, both of which are very much important and needed for the health of the body. The juicy content in oranges produces the soluble fiber while the pulp of oranges provides insoluble fiber. Most people consume the juicy content and dispose of the pulp which is very wrong; both should be consumed equally. Drinking an orange juice will make you lose on the insoluble fiber; therefore, always select oranges high in pulps.[13]
