There is no official recommendation for echinacea dosage. This is because scientific findings vary a lot. Many echinacea products or supplements do not actually contain all components specified on the label. Therefore, it is advisable to choose trusted and reliable brands. To boost immune systems, the following doses are recommended:
– Liquid extract tincture: 2.5 milliliters, up to 10 milliliters or 3 times per day
– Dry powdered extract: 300 to 500 milligrams, 3 times per day
