6Stretching
Once your injury has been partly recovered, some gentle stretching exercises can be done to restore muscle function. The goal is to make your pulled hamstring stretch slightly. Start with putting your foot on a low chair or table. Stretch forward from your hip to a relaxed, comfortable position by doing a gentle stretch at the back of the leg. Another exercise is to lie on the back and perform a vertical lift of the leg or thigh. Pull back on the thigh gently and bend your knee slightly. Perform these exercises around 10 seconds in each rep, depending on your level of comfort. Stop immediately when you feel pain. [6]
