12Chin Tucks
In some cases, occipital neuralgia is associated with poor postures that put more pressure on your nerves. Chin tuck exercises can help stretch these connective tissues and muscles in the affected area. Also, they could strengthen important muscles that connect the shoulders and head. Firstly, you need to stand with the upper back against the wall. Your feet should be at the shoulder width. Face forward and tuck down the chin. Pull back the head until it touches the wall. Try to move the head back without nodding forward or tiling back. Stay in the position for 5 seconds before taking a rest. Do 10 reps. [12]
