7Fish
Fish is another food rich in protein, healthy and a great choice of food to be included on a gluten-free diet list. Just like meat, fresh fish is also safe to be consumed by people who have celiac disease. As mentioned earlier, fish is highly nutritious. Rich in protein, it helps to build muscles and repair body tissues. So, while trying to combat your celiac disease by cutting down on some foods, you do not necessarily miss out on the nutrients beneficial to the body, and you can also stay healthy. Celiac patients should, however, be careful of processed foods as most foods that are naturally gluten-free are gluten-contaminated when processed.[7]
