Not only does yoga ease joint and muscular pain, but it can offer relief when you are experiencing some problems with the digestive system. There are many different postures that you can try at home to relieve the bloating and alleviate any pain in the abdomen which might occur as a result.
For example, you can lie on the back and hug the knees into the chest. After that, bring the knees to one side and let the head fall the other way to have a supine twist. Other simple yet effective movements are to face dog downward and stand gold forward. These are simple inversions which encourage the flow of blood to your lower part.
