13Garlic
Allicin is an active compound found in garlic which can kill off a large number of cancer cells in the body and reduce the risks of having some forms of cancer. In general, those people who take in a lot of allium veggies such as shallots, leeks, onions, and garlic will be much less likely to suffer from stomach cancer than those people who rarely eat them.
Also, some studies have found that those people who consume a lot of garlic, as well as onions, dark green veggies, deep yellow veggies, and fruits are much less likely to have colorectal tumors. For these reasons, it is strongly suggested to include from 2 to 5 grams (around 1 clove) of fresh garlic in your daily meal to help your body take advantage of these health-promoting properties.
