6Apricots
Apricots, known as one of the stone fruits, are widely used in many recipes and often brought up to our tables. They are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, and fiber. One cup (165 grams) of apricots has 3.3 grams of fiber, which could help promote good bacteria growth and reduce bad bacteria quantity in your intestines. As you might know, bad gut bacteria would invade the inner linings of your colon, causing inflammatory reactions but soluble fiber could lower oxygen levels in the colon and suppress its growth.
