4Dumbbell Arm Circles
Step 1:
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and slowly extend your arms parallel to the floors. Remember not to bend your elbows when raising your arms.
Step 2:
Start to rotate your arms forward, upward, and backward, and gradually make a bigger circle movement until you feel a stretch in your triceps.
Step 3:
Repeat twelve times per set. Next, reverse the direction and rotate your arms backward, upward, and forward to complete the same amount of exercise set. [4]
