6Headaches
Nausea is a common sign of a migraine. Several other types of headaches, particularly cluster headaches, may make you feel nauseated as well. Sensitivity to light, unusual sensations, and head pain are other symptoms of migraine. In some cases, headaches occur early in the morning due to exposure to sound or light, stress, or muscle tension. Low levels of blood glucose caused by hunger would be another trigger of headaches. It is important to determine what triggers an attack and take preventive measures. Some OTC or prescription medications can help relieve headaches or migraines effectively.[6]
